All content and materials on HeyDosti, including the app design, graphics, logos, and text, are the property of Zippybits Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content or materials on HeyDosti without our prior written consent.

5. Termination:

We may terminate your access to HeyDosti at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability to you

HeyDosti is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that HeyDosti will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through HeyDosti.

7. Limitation of liability:

In no event shall Zippybits Technologies Private Limited or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of HeyDosti, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
